Ines Correia, the 2011 Kite Surf Pro (KSP) World Tour champion from Portugal, has been invited to judge the riders based on speed, manoeuvrability and attitude.
The initial rounds will pick the best 20 kitesurfers for the final round, to be held in the famous Murud-Janjira Fort, located one kilometer in the Arabian Sea, off Raigad.
The elite group of kitesurfers reaching the final lot of the Red Bull Quila Surf will travel to Tuticorin Port for an exclusive two-day training with Ines Correia. They will learn how to enhance their kite surfing techniques, details on cross-shore and on-shore winds, safety, fitness regimen, etc.
